We do our best to properly package our products before passing them on to our third-party partners but damage in transit may happen. Please inform us right away of any damaged and/or defective products and we will do our best to make it right.
For delivery orders, if our third-party courier cancels your order due to no response, we regret that we will be unable to provide a refund for your order.
We do not accept returns on our perishable products. If you have received a wrong order, please contact us so that we may address this issue.
We do not accept exchanges of our perishable products. You may, however, adjust your order before pick-up or delivery. But please give us time to redo the order as we don’t make it until you order it to maintain the quality of our products.
Our cheesecake, wrapped well or stored in an air-tight container, will last in the refrigerator for 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
All our cheesecakes are gluten-free.
We provide specific allergen information on the description of each product. Our cheesecakes, depending on the flavor, contain the following allergens: milk, eggs and tree nuts. Our products are produced in a facility that also processes peanuts.
We do not have vegan options at this time. We are working hard to create a vegan recipe that will reflect the taste and quality of our cakes.
We are an online-only business and do not currently have a physical/brick-and-mortar store.
